CreFlex Severn Barrage is putting forward plans for the construction of a barrage across the River Severn which has the second largest difference between high and low tide in the world,
Critical to this proposal is the design of the barrier that allows for a difference of under one hour less low tide and high tide time, critical for the protection of the wild life in this internationally important refuge.
towards the international community for investors to consider building up this proposal to be placed in front of the British Government.

This is a most opportune time for a positive response from the British Government - like the rest of Europe it is under pressure to reduce its dependence on foreign energy reserves.

The European Commission could provide some assistance as it would fit in with their inclination.

Furthermore in this time of economic difficulty is the right time for the Government to promote large projects that would stimulate the economy.

Unsurprisingly the British Government has decided not to support the construction of the Severn Barrage. Exposing the question of what the Government is for, apart from helping Bankers.

Creflex SevernBarrage will promote the international financing of this project. There are differing levels of green energy source - wind being the most capricious and solar still in need of development - but the tidal force is there in all its power twice everyday and totally reliable.

Creflex SevernBarrage has developed plans for the construction of a partial barrage that could be in operation in 2-3 years - the details of this original plan will be made to the organisations looking to invest.
