The Group Piano Music No.15 consists of
4 compositions: a, b, c and d.
These compositions are probably pivotal
in the development of composer’s Instrumental music.
These compositions represent the most
direct of his compositions, probably being amongst the most melodious.
Piano Music No.15a, and 15b contain the
essence of the composer’s methods.
15c is the simplest application of the
notational method of all the compositions.
Piano Music No.15d was in part a
replacement for an earlier composition 5d that was lost in Belize City when the
composer was robbed.
Much of the composer’s music life has
been spent in and around Churches – his second music experience (after his
parents) was in the Church and often plays the Piano in Church, which the
composer sees as a form of prayer – better than going on hands and knees.
Religiously, anyone who believes in God can also contemplate the nature of the
Devil.
Piano Music No.15d played with detail,
can give the impression of summoning the Devil, and so should be played with
caution and respect.
